Professor Tina Pettus had the opportunity to take 17 Chamberlain students to assist with the intake of students for the Florida Youth Challenge Academy. Our students were responsible for taking health and social histories, vital signs, BMI, vision and lice screenings and urine pregnancy testing on approximately 200 young men and women. Their assistance was greatly appreciated by the staff of FLYCA and helped make the process much more efficient.

At Chamberlain College of Nursing – Indianapolis, it has been an exciting year. In 2012, our campus opened and we welcomed our very first class of students. Our library began to fill up with books. Students were sent out to their first clinical experience at Wishard Hospital. New faculty members were hired. Our science labs filled with inquiring minds.
